Because each product is made to order, please allow 3-5 business days for production before your item ships. This careful approach ensures that every design is printed with precision and that your merchandise arrives in pristine condition. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may extend slightly, and we will notify you of any delays.
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental United States after production is complete. Expedited shipping is available for 2-3 business day delivery, and overnight shipping can be arranged for urgent orders. International shipping is available to select countries, with delivery times varying by destination.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can monitor your package's journey from our facility to your doorstep through the carrier's website. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns on items that have been customized or personalized beyond our standard designs.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for sending your item back to us. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged or has a printing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you, including return shipping. Our print partners maintain strict quality control standards, but if something slips through, we'll make it right immediately.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
